Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

For all cancellations, in addition to the following a cancellation fee of INR 5000/- per person will be charged without any exceptions. 

For Self-drive cars, cabs, bike, rental equipment:

Cancellation made < 48 hours after booking - Free cancellation

Cancellation made > 48 hours before the trip starts - 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation made < 48 hours before trip start - No Refund

Cancellation made after booking starts - No refund 

For Homestays, Hotels and Tours

• Free Cancellation up to 100% if cancelled 30 days before the trip. 

• 50% of the booking amount if cancelled less than 30 days before the trip. 

• No refund if cancelled 48 hours before the trip.

• An additional cost might apply per the cancellation policy of the Hotel/Homestay/stay. 

Change in Itinerary during the trip

• In case of a change in the booked tour or itinerary during the trip, Wildfloc or its partners will not be liable for any refunds or cancellations for any reasons other than extreme weather, war, Acts of God, or any political situation. The customer will be responsible for any changes and charges acquired by this action.

Refund Policy:

To avail refund, you will need to raise a ‘Refund Request’ at care@wildfloc.com. You must mention your booking id and the reason for the refund. 

Our team will verify the request within 24 hours of raising it and you will be informed via email or sms or both. If the request is valid we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

It should be reflected in your account within 7-10 working days.

Please note that the Cancellation Policy will be adhered to in all cases.
