Leave No Trace: Always clean up after yourself. Pack out all trash, minimise your impact on the environment, and leave the campsite as you found it.
Campfire Safety: Keep fires small and controlled, and always fully extinguish them before leaving. Use designated fire rings if available, and never leave a fire unattended.
Respect Wildlife: Observe animals from a distance and avoid feeding them. Keep food and trash securely stored to prevent attracting wildlife to your campsite.
Pick Up Timing:Pickup time will be provided with the specific trek information. Punctuality is essential; if anyone is late, the group will depart without notifying the registered participant.
Respect Nature: Leave no trace. Carry all waste back with you and dispose off it properly.
Stay on Marked Trails: Do not venture off the designated paths to prevent accidents and preserve the natural environment.
Maintain Camp Site: Do not pollute the camp site. Make use of the toilet tents properly.
Meal Timings: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided at fixed times as intimated by your trek leader.
Fire Hazard: Be cautious while making a bonfire and remember to put out the fire completely afterwards.
Health Issues: Inform the trek leaders of any medical conditions. Carry any personal medications required.
Proper Gear: Wear appropriate trekking shoes, clothing, and carry necessary gear, no sports shoes will be allowed.
Weather Awareness: Be aware of the weather conditions. Trek leaders decisions will be the final decision keeping in view the safety of fellow trekkers.
Buddy System: Always trek with a buddy to ensure mutual safety and support.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with the group and leaders, especially in case of any issues.
Respect Fellow Trekkers: Treat everyone with respect and consideration. If you encounter any issues with a participant’s conduct, please inform the trek leaders. Do not engage in any unprofessional behavior and respect everyone’s privacy. Â
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited during the trek to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.
Local Communities: Respect local communities (don’t take their photos or belongings without permission)
Maintain caution: Do not interact with animals on trails. Do not consume berries/flowers without prior knowledge.
Personal Hygiene: Maintain personal hygiene to avoid falling sick. And enjoy the experience.
