Day 1: Arrival in Leh, Soft Landing & Sunset Rituals
Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport in Leh and meet your local trip leader, who welcomes you with a traditional khata and assists with a smooth hotel check in. Spend the first half of the day hydrating and resting to support acclimatization at roughly 3,500 m. Avoid rushing or heavy activity.

Day 2: Leh Local Sights, Magnetic Hill & Stok Kangri Trail Hike
After breakfast, start with the classic Leh to Kargil road circuit covering Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, the gravity defying Magnetic Hill, and the confluence point where the turquoise Zanskar meets the Indus River at Sangam. Return via the Hall of Fame war museum to understand Ladakh's military history and sacrifices at these high frontiers.
