Day 2: Tezpur to Dirang: Monastery and Sangti Valley

Day 3: Dirang to Tawang: Sela Pass and Jaswant Garh
Drive to Tawang, approximately 135 km away, a journey of 6 to 7 hours. Cross the spectacular Sela Pass at 13,700 ft, one of the highest motorable passes in India. Stop at the frozen Sela Lake and the newly built Sela tunnel complex. Visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial, honouring the brave soldier Jaswant Singh Rawat. Arrive in Tawang and check into your hotel.

Return to Tawang and visit the Tawang Monastery, the largest monastery in India and second largest in the world after Lhasa.
